Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During peak times (holidays, promotions, or high volume), processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery / Pickup (if offered): 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (weather, carrier issues, etc.).
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

We currently ship to the United States.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. (If you’d like me to, I can rewrite this to include international shipping info.)
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at n_shaughnessy@yahoo.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

For lost packages, please reach out within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim or resending your order if applicable.
Local Pickup (Optional Section)

If you are local, we offer free pickup. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
